1. Birkenstock Sandals
I love to stroll around and sometimes I wish I had a pair of flat sandals (not flip flops) to just traipse along the cemented alleys. Its simple yet classic style was also one of the reasons why I'd like to own one. Don't you want one too? I'm busy looking for it in stores here, but alas, no luck. Hope to find a pair of these soon, so as to compensate my late Christmas wish list.
2. John Green's The Fault In Our Stars
Lately this book has been the rage of most of my friends, and all of a sudden I'm a John Green fan when I saw his Tumblr posts (I was sure it was him because he posted photos of him writing drafts while on the treadmill), though he also makes use of YouTube by making Vlogs together with his younger brother Hank.
But my perception I guess changed when I have read one of his challenged and awarded books - Looking for Alaska. Though I am halfway through and not yet even on the climax, with the way he constructs his sentences and paragraphs, I can truly say he is just remarkable. I learned lots from reading the book halfway, how much more will I learn if I read the whole book?
I couldn't get a copy of this book because all of the copies in the local bookstore are in hardbound, or in a set, which makes me think twice because I love bringing books to class or functions or just anywhere actually, so I really opt for a paperback or a softbound. And with that, I think I have to wait, or order online.
3. Twinings Strawberry and Mango Tea
My college friends often tease me of my slight (okay, strong) addiction with strawberries, and tea. A few months ago, before discovering strawberry flavored teas and that Twinings had one, a local hang out of mine offers strawberry flavored black tea which only empowered my yearning to find more about strawberry teas. I found one in a local grocery but it was Twinings Four Red Fruits which tastes awesome, but still I wanted to have one of these, even just to add it only on my vast supply of teas in different varieties.
And on the plus side, I'd like to savor what mango tastes like as a tea as I've only tasted artificially flavored mango juices and the fruit itself - yes, I am near the place where quality mangoes are sold, even with a festival to match.
4. A good watercolor palette (preferably Prang, but I also heard that Schmincke is good too)

A 8-color oval palette. |
Here's a link to Schmincke's: Schmincke Watercolors.
At young tender age, my mother has molded me to love the arts, to embrace my talents, and so she has annually cultivated my talented in an art school where my hands get to do what my mind perceived with the use of different media. I can say that I have mastered the skill in using the cray pas and I would like to extend my talent, not only in pencil and manga drawings, but also in watercolor.
So far I have my brushes with me and a watercolor pad which is waiting for me to dab it with paint. Just waiting for the right time and subject with the use of my Reeves Tube watercolors.
5. A light pink sweater
Found this at click here and it's sold out. But I don't really want the exact thing, I just like long sleeved tops, that is all, and I thought of a cute light pink color.
I'd also like it if it were in V-neck.
Anyhow, these were just a few of my Christmas wishes - which inasmuch as I'd really love for it to be attained. Belated Merry Christmas everyone! xx
