August 2013

My apologies for the lack of interaction this past month, as you can see, I am very much busy with school works and other stuff that entails non-internet activities. Yes, I know, lame. But on the bright side, I got to watch an independent film a few weeks ago entitled, Boses as directed by Ellen Ongkeko-Marfil and I do hope to publish my review soon.

Also, on my list are movies that needs to be watched and reviewed:
1) Percy Jackson and the Sea of Monsters - Watched (Review will soon be posted)
2) The Mortal Instruments: City of Bones - Not yet watched (Planning this weekend as I have been knocked out last weekend by my asthma)
3) Romeo and Juliet - Not yet watched (Oct 2013)
4) Catching Fire - Not yet watched (Nov 2013)
5) Thor: The Dark World - Not yet watched (Nov 2013)

And of course, my top pick books fro this month in which some I have neglected making reviews and  answering discussion questions. So far, the pending books to be read, reviewed and answered are as follows:

1) The Colour Of Tea by Hannah Tunnicliffe- Reviewed, Needs to answer discussion questions
2) The Time Traveler's Wife by Audrey Niffenegger - To be reviewed
3) The Ingredients of Love by Nicholas Barreau - To be read, reviewed and answered
4) Digital Fortress by Dan Brown - To be reviewed
5) The Yellow-Lighted Bookshop by Lewis Buzbee - To be read and reviewed
6) My Life in France by Julia Child - To be read and reviewed

And since this semester I am taking up Contemporary World Literature as my English subject, I'll be posting the list of stories we've tackled so far. I was thinking about ths since last month but was just to busy to even bother. But I really think it's a great idea for discussion topics and also as a source of information. Most of the stories we've discussed are very interesting and you'd be missing a lot on the literary world if you haven't read them, even just once.

I'll be including my views and opinions, then some of the major themes based on my observations. I do hope it will be materialized soon, when I'm not busy with memorizing origin, insertions, innervations and actions of muscles of the human body. LOL

Also, I'd like to post a new favorite tea of mine soon. Also bought from the same tea shop I bough Buddha's Tears but has a different flavor to it. I won't tell the name of the tea and I hope to post it soon, like after midterms.

Finally, I have to make an article as to why I changed my address from redandwhitecandy to coniuratusgaudium. It's a bit of a long story really and really needed a post about it. That's just about it. Thank you for reading my blogs and I hope you subscribe/follow/whatever.
